David Pendergraft

David is among the best basketball players ever produced in North Central Washington. He capped a brilliant prep career at Brewster High School by averaging 24.6 points per game and being named WIAA state of Washington "Mr. Basketball" for all classifications, State 1A Player of the Year, State 1A Tournament MVP, and NCW Sports Awards High School Male Athlete of the Year. Incredibly, he was selected as the State 1A Player of the Year a total of three times - as a sophomore, junior and senior. Pendergraft was consistently productive averaging 24.0, 24.5 and 24.6 points per game during his last three years of prep hoops competition.

He went on to play an important role for Gonzaga University's NCAA Tournament and West Coast Conference championship teams. David earned all-West Coast Conference honors as a senior while averaging 8.8 points per game and 4.4 rebounds per game.

Pendergraft was a seven-time NCW Sports Awards Finalist - three times as a high school athlete, and four times as a college athlete. He was High School Male Athlete of the Year in 2004, and was selected College Male Athlete of the Year three times.
