Andrew's athletic abilities were many faceted. As a record-setting quarterback, accomplished field athlete in track and a basketball stalwart, his versatility fueled outstanding performances in all three sports.

On the gridiron, the 6'2", 205-lb. quarterback set four school records - season passing yardage with 1,402 in 2002, career passing yardage with 2,698, single game passing yardage and single game pass completions. Andrew, a two-year starter at quarterback, was a second team "All-Big 9" selection as both quarterback and punter his senior season, and was named to the "All-NCW Team" by The Wenatchee WORLD in 2001 and 2002.

He excelled in track while finishing fourth at the state meet as a senior in the javelin, eighth in the shot and tenth in the high jump. Andrew also placed ninth in the high jump as a junior. He won a regional high jump title in 2002 and finished third in that event as a senior, as well as third in the shot and javelin. At districts, Andrew won championships in both the high jump and shot. He was a multiple time "All-Big 9" selection and was named the school's "Outstanding Spring Sports Athlete" as a senior.

Andrew played an important role for the basketball team for two seasons. In all, he earned eight varsity letters and served as a three sport captain. Andrew was named "Panther Best" as a senior and was selected as the "NCW Sports Awards High School Male Athlete-of-the-Year" in 2003 as well as a finalist in 2002.

He went on to play football and compete in track and the decathlon at Linfield College before transferring to Seattle Pacific.
