Lucas Sealby
CLASS of 2010 Football, Track and Wrestling ATHLETE
Lucas possessed exceptional speed for a linebacker to cause havoc for opposing attacks that inspired selection to the "All-Big 9" defensive team both his junior and senior seasons. He also used those 'good wheels' to make covering him as a tight end a real chore when the Panthers had the ball.

Lucas posted excellent times while battling twin brother Jacob in several track events. He placed as high as third in the State 4A 400 meters as well as finished fifth in the 200 meters race and eighth in the 100 meters sprint in that same state championship competition. As a junior, he was a member of the state title winning 4x400 relay. Lucas also won the regional 400 meters and was district long jump champion.

He was a standout for the WHS wrestling team at 215-lbs. Lucas placed as high as third regionally and first at districts. He wrestled in the State 4A Championships despite being more ideally suited to competing in the 189-lb. weight class.

Along with several team honors in all three sports, Lucas earned a total of ten letters. He was a "NCW Sports Awards High School Male Athlete Finalist" twice.

He went on to initially play football and compete in track at Washington State before concentrating on the latter after his freshman year. While a Cougar, Lucas was a two time finalist for "NCW College Male Athlete" honors.
